Brad and Justin Bone are twins from California's Central Valley, where they grew up on a pistachio farm.
They've been in the real estate business since 2015, running PrimeBuyers out of Jacksonville, FL, while managing everything from California. They focus on novations and assignments and currently handle over 100 deals a year.
Brad is the CEO, and Justin is the CFO of PrimeBuyers.
In early 2024, they started RiverX AI to bring a proven, reliable, and stable AI platform to the real estate investing industry.
Their journey is about using their background and technology to make real estate investing more efficient.
